Chính sách riêng tư — PS Translator

PS Translator không có tài khoản người dùng, không có quảng cáo, không dùng công cụ theo dõi hay phân tích hành vi. Nhà phát triển không có máy chủ riêng và không thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn.

Dữ liệu được xử lý ngay trên máy

• Hình ảnh game và video: app đọc chữ phụ đề bằng công nghệ nhận dạng chữ của Apple, chạy ngay trên iPhone. Hình ảnh không được lưu lại và không được gửi đi đâu.
• Giọng đọc: giọng Apple và các giọng AI đều tạo âm thanh ngay trên máy.
• Dịch bằng Apple Translation hoặc Apple Intelligence: chạy ngay trên máy.
• Cài đặt, hồ sơ game, bộ nhớ các câu đã dịch: chỉ lưu trên máy của bạn và bị xoá khi bạn xoá app.
• Khoá API, thông tin ghép nối máy chơi game và PSN Account ID: lưu trong Keychain của iPhone, chỉ dùng trên máy này.

Dữ liệu được gửi đi, chỉ khi bạn dùng tính năng tương ứng

• Dịch AI (tuỳ chọn, hỏi ý bạn trước khi bật): câu phụ đề cần dịch và vài câu trước đó được gửi tới máy chủ dịch của PS Translator (Cloudflare) rồi tới nhà cung cấp AI để dịch. Máy chủ không lưu nội dung câu, chỉ đếm số câu đã dùng. Để tính lượt, app gửi mã giao dịch của gói Premium (máy chủ kiểm tra với Apple), hoặc mã thiết bị một lần dùng của Apple DeviceCheck cho phần dùng thử. Không có thông tin cá nhân nào khác được gửi đi.
• Dịch bằng CloudAPI hoặc Google Gemini (tuỳ chọn, dùng khoá API của chính bạn): nội dung câu phụ đề cần dịch được gửi tới nhà cung cấp đó (ShopAIKey hoặc Google) để dịch. Việc xử lý tuân theo chính sách riêng tư của nhà cung cấp.
• Lấy PSN Account ID: bạn đăng nhập Sony trong Safari. App không bao giờ thấy mật khẩu của bạn. App chỉ gửi mã uỷ quyền tới máy chủ của Sony để lấy Account ID.
• Chơi từ xa (Remote Play): app kết nối trực tiếp tới máy PlayStation của bạn trong mạng.
• Xem web và YouTube trong app: các trang web bạn mở áp dụng chính sách riêng tư của họ.
• Thông báo và gói giọng tải thêm: app tải thông báo phiên bản mới và gói giọng từ GitHub. GitHub có thể ghi nhận địa chỉ IP như với mọi lượt truy cập web.

Mua trong app

Thanh toán do Apple xử lý hoàn toàn. App chỉ nhận thông tin bạn có đang dùng Premium hay không, không nhận thông tin thẻ hay thanh toán của bạn.

Trẻ em

App không dành riêng cho trẻ em và không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em.

PS Translator has no user accounts, no ads, and no tracking or analytics. The developer runs no servers and does not collect your personal data.

Processed on your device

• Game and video frames: subtitles are read with Apple's on-device text recognition. Frames are not stored or sent anywhere.
• Voices: Apple voices and the AI voices are generated on the device.
• Translation with Apple Translation or Apple Intelligence: runs on the device.
• Settings, game profiles and the translation cache: stored only on your device and removed when you delete the app.
• API keys, console pairing data and your PSN Account ID: stored in the iPhone Keychain, used only on this device.

Sent off the device, only when you use the feature

• AI translation (optional, asked before it is turned on): the subtitle line and a few previous lines are sent to PS Translator's translation server (Cloudflare) and on to an AI provider to be translated. The server does not store the text; it only counts lines used. To count them, the app sends your Premium subscription's transaction ID (checked with Apple) or, for the free trial, a one-time Apple DeviceCheck token. No other personal data is sent.
• Translation with CloudAPI or Google Gemini (optional, with your own API key): the subtitle text to translate is sent to that provider (ShopAIKey or Google) and handled under its privacy policy.
• Getting your PSN Account ID: you sign in to Sony in Safari; the app never sees your password. The app only sends the authorization code to Sony's servers to get the Account ID.
• Remote Play: the app connects directly to your PlayStation console.
• In-app web and YouTube: the sites you open apply their own privacy policies.
• Update notices and downloadable voices: fetched from GitHub, which may log IP addresses like any website.

In-app purchases

Payments are handled entirely by Apple. The app only learns whether you have Premium; it never receives your card or payment details.

Children

The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect children's data.
